Heather Dearborn is a real estate investor and licensed Florida Realtor with Imperio Real Estate, LLC.
Growing up in Palm Harbor, FL, she has extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay Area. After many years working at Home Depot, working as a professional painter/artist doing faux finishing in luxury residential homes and commercial buildings, and plenty of sales jobs in her college days, it was time to make a move into real estate in 2010.
Heather Dearborn and Travis Rose own TBHomebuyers, LLC together. They began wholesaling, buying, fixing, and flipping some ugly houses and taking pride into turning them into something beautiful for the new owner. The first year that they were together, they went to eleven different real estate training seminars and bootcamps, gaining tons of knowledge on seller financing, notes, trusts, negotiating, buy and hold strategies, rehabbing, and wholesaling. Their main focus is rehabbing and wholesaling. They enjoy creating win-win deals and have made real estate their life-passion. They have volunteered with Habitat For Humanity and look forward to doing more of that in the near future.
After their frustrations of dealing with real estate agents out in the field, Heather decided to get her real estate license in 2012 and has recently joined Imperio Real Estate, LLC. She continues focusing on helping other investors in achieving their real estate investment goals. Today she still works with a variety of clients, from investors to luxury retail buyers and sellers. She is a Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. While with Keller Williams Realty Suncoast, Heather was a KW BOLD graduate, and a top KW Cares Contributor (helping families in need due to major emergencies). Just recently, Heather has received both her Military Relocation Professional designation as well becoming a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.
