Chris Krimitsos was born and raised in the suburbs of NY (Yankee Fan). Where as a kid he developed a knack for selling things from his home. He started at 13 years old putting ads in the paper-selling Parrots.

Around the time Chris was 22 years of age he approached a General Contractor to teach him the trades. What Chris learned was a lot more than the trades. He learned how to manage a GC company from the top down. Over the course of 3 years Chris became partners with Manny and “Created Quality Vinyl” one of the busiest Vinyl siding, Window, and Roofing contractors in Long Island. They completed well over 500 jobs and 1500 Kitchen Table negotiations. It was around this time Chris wanted more out of life and approached his partner Manny to start buying homes and fixing them up. Manny was content being a GC that was Manny’s Dream but not Chris’.

Chris set out for Florida purchasing his first home cash in small town named Holiday. Pretty soon Chris ran out of cash and started to learn that there where more creative ways to transact real estate without using your own money. In the process Chris also took his first loss on a house to do the arrogance that he thought he knew everything. Chris has made a vow ever since that loss to never assume he knows everything about any business and to always be a student of learning. He has invested well over $50,000 in courses and trainings since then.

He shortly there after discovered the round robin biding process on how to sell homes. Unfortunately the process was lacking in many, many aspects and Chris set out to create the greatest fail-safe system to sell homes in any market. Since creating his Auction course he has taught many, many students on how to sell homes using as little as $1 dollar of their own money.

Chris has done events as recent as this past month, where he Joint Ventured with a wholesaler and sold a home that the wholesaler could not move for over 6 weeks in 6 hours locking in a $23,000 Profit.
