Kraig Braeuning is a graduate of Florida State University in Accounting. Upon graduating, he ran restaurant franchises in Orlando when he came in contact with irsfl, a company specializing in foreclosure data and education. In 2004, he met the Gates and helped take our Orlando based company statewide. He started out running our Jacksonville market until he toke over the Tampa/Clearwater market in the summer of 2005. He currently holds the licensee agreement for West Coast and North Florida markets and oversees much of the research that is conducted and works hands on with many of the courthouse bidders in Hillsborough county along with assisting other clients in their investing needs.
