Regular members attend for free. Non-members can purchase a one time ticket for $10 (click here) to attend and check out the group. If you like to become a member, the $10 is applied towards your annual membership.

The meetings are business meetings, please dress in business or business casual attire.

No, you can just attend to learn about the business, or be a vendor who provides related services targeting the real estate industry such as mortgage brokers, real estate agent, appraiser etc...

We have vendors who attend meetings and can answer any funding questions. For hard to fund projects such as pre-foreclosures and rehabs, we also provide a free hard money lender list to our members.

Membership entitles you to participate in all REIA programs, functions and to have access to our user-friendly website. We have many properties offered for sale by members of TBREIA. To view the properties, please log into TBREIA.com with your memberID and pin and click on Properties then on Member properties. The properties are listed for 30 days and are then automatically removed. If you wish to remove your listing then simply click on edit and select delete, that will delete your listing.

Yes, as a member of TBREIA one of your main benefits is to network with hundreds of other TBREIA members and promote your deals. We have over a dozen meetings every month at which you can promote your deals, find joint venture partners, ask questions and just network with other real estate investors. They are truly the major benefit of belonging to a group like TBREIA! You can also network with over 800 real estate investors online as well and promote deals! The deadline for articles and advertisements in the TBREIA newsletter is the 20th of each month! For example for your article or advertisement to appear in the February newsletter, you will have to submit it by January 20 th. Articles must be larger then ½ page and smaller then 3 pages.
