Tired of politicians making empty promises?
Who did the politicians in Tallahassee think they were kidding when they told us that property taxes would “drop like a rock?” Despite their empty promises the fact remains that property taxes in Florida have skyrocketed—unchecked for too long. Families and businesses are paying too much and it has to stop!

There is a solution:
CAP ALL PROPERTY TAXES AT 1.25%
Unless we limit the amount government can tax our property we will never have meaningful relief. It’s time the voters took a stand and capped property taxes once and for all. By placing a property tax cap directly in the Constitution we can be assured once and for all of real property tax cuts.The amendment is simple. It caps a your property owner's total tax bill at 1.25% of the taxable value of their property, giving you substantial relief.
