How to add your property to the Investor MLS system?

	1. Log into the system using your assigned MemberID and Pin. If you don't have one you can get one assigned to you by going to: http://www.tbreia.com/default/JoinNow.asp. If you can not remember your ID and PIN simply click on the Retreive Id & Pin link, located below Member Log in. You can retrieve your forgotten Tampa Bay REIA Members Pin number, and send it to your e-mail address. This is the address you have entered when becoming a member of Tampa Bay REIA. If you have forgotten which e-mail you used, please submit your new data. If you have any problems, please contact service@tbreia.com, and we will try to assist you on this matter.

2. Once you log in you will see your TBREIA Members Admin. Click on the Property Icon to access the Property Panel.


3. Click on the Add Property Button to open the Property fill in form.


4. Fill out the fields of your property form. Remember that not all fields are required.


Depending on the property setting the members will be getting notifications based on what you have filled out. 5. Once you finish entering the data click on the Submit button located on the bottom of the grid, to upload your Property. Your Property is now listed.
