Tyler Sheff

Tyler Sheff, the host of the Cash Flow Guys Podcast; specializes in cash flowing assets as an Investor and Syndicator with a concentration in Multi Family Apartments and Non-Performing Notes. As a Realtor, he specializes in working with investors who are looking to build long term wealth. Tyler has been involved in Real Estate for over 17 years and now focuses on investing for cashflow / long term gain while helping others do the same.

As an Educator, Coach and Master Facilitator of Robert Kiyosaki’s CashFlow 101 Game; Tyler hosts workshops to teach busy people how to escape the rat race by acquiring assets creatively.

Tyler and his team acquire, stabilize, and then provide clean, safe affordable housing to those in need when it matters most. As the host of the Cash Flow Guys Podcast, Tyler teaches the public how to avoid common pitfalls found in real estate investing and inspires others to take massive action towards their goals.



Rob Isbell

Originally a native of Memphis, TN, Rob moved to Tampa to finish his higher education and graduated with a degree in Marketing at the University of South Florida. Isbell then began a career in real estate investment, specializing in distressed assets. Rob became a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida in 2005 and began representing both buyers and sellers on their home purchases. In 2009, he became focused almost entirely on the investment side of real estate and since then has bought, renovated, and sold over $40 million in homes in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.

Some of Isbell’s current projects include:

  • Structuring financing relationships and joint ventures to help fund and grow the business models of real estate investment entrepreneurs in Tampa and Petersburg
  • Distressed asset acquisition from private sellers, banks, and auctions
  • Placing private equity in real estate secured investments
  • Owner of Haven Title
  • Owner of Oak Avenue Insurance

Activities/Non-profits

  • Served as a mentor in the Big Brother program
  • Volunteered at the All Children’s Hospital in Petersburg



Clark Lunt

Clark Lunt grew up in Richmond, Va.  He has lived in multiple states before calling Tampa Bay his home in 2015.  He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2005 with a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism and Speech Communications.  Clark is the owner operator of two Homevestors "We Buy Ugly Houses" franchises in the greater Tampa Bay area as well the panhandle of Fla/Mobile, Al as well an owner in Oak Avenue Insurance, a new agency designed to focus on the needs of real estate investors.  Clark's Homevestors' businesses grew 300% from 2015 to 2016.  Ninety percent of the deals done over the past two years have been wholesales or kept as rentals.  His largest deal was done at the end of 2016, where he wholesaled a 25 house portfolio.  When he isn't growing his businesses, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tamara, and his two furry kids, Riley & Sunny, the "beagle brothers" as well as staying active at the gym and lying on the beach.



Christina Griffin

Christina Griffin is an experienced real estate professional with Coldwell Banker in Tampa Bay, Florida. Christina handles an enormous volume, her team sold  526 units last year is #2 in the country with Coldwell Banker based on units. Her dedication has placed her in the top 1% of agents with Coldwell Banker, top 100 for the state of Florida and #28 with The Wall Street Journal for volume.

For Christina, real estate offered a chance to build her life on her own terms. After her younger sister was left in her custody when her father passed away, Christina turned to real estate to find a way to support herself and her sister. Real estate was a natural fit, and Christina’s experience and reputation began to rise. Soon, Christina joined Coldwell Banker in order to take her career to the next level.

The current environment has enabled Christina to handle a tremendous amount of volume especially in the foreclosure and REO side of real estate. Despite the transactional nature of the business, Christina is always sure to remember that behind each property is an owner and a very personal situation.

Christina is a regular contributor to the local community. She volunteers with a number of charities including American Cancer Society and Metropolitan Ministries and is an active participant in the Coldwell Banker Cares program.

Christina has been recognized by her industry and company as a top performer in the state of Florida. In 2016, Christina's team was named #52 of the Top Teams by Transaction Side  by Real Trends “The Thousand.”
