Tampa Bay Real Estate Investors Association (“TBREIA”) provides networking and education for real estate investors in the greater Tampa Bay Area including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus and Manatee counties. We also have subgroup networking meetings in North Tampa, Pinellas (Clearwater), East Hillsborough (Brandon) and Pasco (Holiday). Our general meeting is every first Thursday in Clearwater and we also sponsor one full day Saturday workshop on a different topic relating to real estate in Saint Petersburg Beach (at the Trade Winds Resort). Our vendors such as mortgage brokers, title companies, appraisers, real estate CPA’s, Hard Money Lenders, attorneys, building contractors, foreclosure data providers and others offer great products and services!
