Tampa Bay Real Estate Investors Association welcomes you!

Tampa Bay Real Estate Investors Association (“TBREIA”) provides networking and education for real estate investors in the greater Tampa Bay Area including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus and Manatee counties. We have subgroup networking meetings in North Tampa, Pinellas (Clearwater), East Hillsborough (Brandon) and Pasco (Holiday).

Our 4 times 2-days seasonal Conferences are packed with up to-date information, which are presented by national wide known & respected Speakers. We choose each Speaker based on feedback and topic of interest for our area.

Our vendors such as mortgage brokers, title companies, appraisers, real estate CPA’s, Hard Money Lenders, attorneys, building contractors, foreclosure data providers and others offer excellent services and discounts to our Members! Welcome to TBREIA!

Conference Registration begins at 8 am both days.

Each Conference will start like any other meeting. “Needs & Wants”, Vendors, Questions, short break and then the Speaker(s).

And of course, TBREIA members attend for FREE. That is why you are paying your membership for. Non-members pay. Our current Vendors enter for FREE and advertise their services, that is what they are paying their Vendor- ship fee for. The only thing you would have to do is to pre-register. Therefore, it is important that you keep your membership active!

In the meantime, we encourage you to continue to attend the TBREIA Subgroups.

The Subgroups’ are YOUR information source in between TBREIA’ seasonal conferences.

We stay in communication with you through email and “snail mail”, therefore, please make sure that we have your current email & your mailing address.
